Lot 1
New Gorbals Housing Association requires the following softwear: A Tenants Portal, Contact Management, Electronic Document Management, Reporting Softwear. The Softwear will require to integrate with the existing Housing, Repairs and Finance systems. This softwear will be required to retrieve and send information to existing systems without additional resources.
Procurement Information
New Gorbals has existing integrated housing, repairs, mobile and finance software from Castleton PLC. We are looking to add a Tenants online digital portal, contact management, electronic document management and Business Reporting software (this is the rented software). Any new software should integrate with our existing systems without additional resources, downtime or imports. Castleton PLC software detailed above is the only compatible software resources without these additional resource requirements.
