The work comprises the provision of annual servicing, emergency call out works and a reactive maintenance service to Gas Central Heating Installations & Plumbing Reactive Repairs within the Association (735) properties over two geographical areas West Dunbartonshire and Argyll and Bute.

The work comprises the provision of annual servicing, emergency call out works and a reactive maintenance service to Gas Central Heating Installations & Plumbing Reactive Repairs within the Association (735) properties over two geographical areas West Dunbartonshire and Argyll and Bute. The work will also include the provision for carrying out all plumbing works in relation to the Association's pipework's and systems within the dwellings, generally within Dunbritton operating areas of Scotland as per the areas below but may include a wider geographical area in future. It will be the Associations expectations that the contractor will take the responsibility of calls for both the reactive day the day service and the OOH calls, 24/7 and 365 days a year. Servicing works will be completed within a 10 month programme to allow for access and 100% completion of all servicing to all properties. The contract will be 36 months contract with option of 2 x single year extensions (Servicing and Safety checks to be carried out as per the provide schedule and programme to be provided by Dunbritton HA)

Renewal: The contract will be 36 months contract with option of 2 x single year extensions.
