Lot 1

Phase 1 design, supply, construction & installation of soft play frame equipment. Duration 3 months plus 12 month defects rectification period. Phase 2 cleaning, servicing & maintenance, and independent annual inspection and re-certification of the soft play equipment. The duration of this phase will be 36 months and will be awarded by Live Argyll. Please note, award of this phase is not guaranteed.. Phase 1 has Defect Rectification Period of 12 months. If phase 2 is awarded that element of the contract will be 36 months. Please note this award of this phase is not guaranteed. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
