Notice Description
HHP currently have a 4 year framework in place which ends on 31st March 2019. We are seeking to procure contracts to deliver our investment programme for the following years. We require an efficient procurement process that is compliant with legislation and best practice, reduces procurement and delivery risk as well as providing value for money. The contract included the preparation of tender documentation, tender evaluations and contract awards.
