Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and Ad-hoc Boiler & Full System Renewal Contract to approximately 641 (Gas) dwellings, generally within Cadder operating areas of Glasgow but may include a wider geographical area in future.

Gas Services and Reactive Repairs and Ad-hoc Boiler & Full System Renewal Contract to approximately 641 (Gas) dwellings, generally within Cadder operating areas of Glasgow but may include a wider geographical area in future It will be the Associations expectations that the contractor will take the responsibility of calls for both the reactive day the day service and the OOH calls, 24/7 and 365 days a year. Servicing works will be completed within a 10 month programme to allow for access and 100% completion of all servicing to all properties (until the introduction of the MOT style certificates). The contract will be 36 months contract with option of 2 x single year extensions (Servicing and Safety checks to be carried out as per the provide schedule and programme to be provided by Cadder HA)

Renewal: The contract will be 36 months contract with option of 2 x single year extensions.
