The Assembly Rooms is seeking an experienced arts and events producer and organisation who would be interested in programming shows into the full first floor of the venue, during the 5-week summer Festival period for 2019 - 2021 with the potential for extending this agreement to 2023. We are seeking to negotiate with an organisation who are in a position to hire and deliver a high quality, diverse programme of events and performances as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe for a 6-week period, which would include get in and get out days as well as full performance programming for the whole Festival. This is a very exciting opportunity to participate in the largest Arts Festival in the World in one of Edinburgh's most celebrated premium historic venues.. Please refer to the attached briefing document for further information. In order to support the project strategy, it would be appreciated if you could please complete and return the questionnaire included within the briefing document. Your complete response should be sent to lauren.kinnear@edinburgh.gov.uk by (Friday 4th May 2018).
