Notice Description
SPS require a Contractor to design, supply and install a new secure boundary, 5.2m high at HMP & YOI Cornton Vale, splitting the site in two. This will allow one half of the site to be redeveloped and the other to remain operational. A 5.2m high weldmesh perimeter security fence, should be installed to create a new boundary, creating a bubble site.
