This notice is to indicate that the Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland intends to contract with Servelec hsc for the provision of software support and maintenance services for its bespoke Servelec patient records system software. This service has an estimated total cost (for 5 years) of circa GBP 226,230
Procurement Information
Servelec hold the Intellectual Property Rights to our Patient Records software and are therefore the only company who can provide the necessary support. Regulation 33(1)(b) permits the award of a contract where there is an absence of competition for technical reasons.
