The full installation shall comply with the conditions laid down in the Standard Conditions of Contract contained within the Bills of Quantity. Carry out all down takings and make good as per drawings M(5-)001 & 002 Supply and fit new Gas Boilers, LTHW radiator, radiators, sanitary ware and sinks, upgrade of all indicated system pipework and controls All as per drawings: - M(5-)001, 002, 003, 004 and 06 proposed works notes. Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. It is HIGHLY recommended that the contractor visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works as no redress can be made at a later date for lack of such knowledge. For access contact Jim McIntyre 07712854998 Tenderers should note that all associated builder work forms part of their tender and their submission must reflect this, as no additions shall be accepted for the exclusion of same. The Tender Price submitted shall be the Fixed Price for the Contract as no additional costs will be accepted unless prior written instruction and approval received. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6:- Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffold, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities. These items must be provided by the sub-contractor (where required) and the costs thereof included in the tender price.. It is HIGHLY recommended that the contractor visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works as no redress can be made at a later date for lack of such knowledge.
