The requirements of the service are set out below. 2.1.2. Advice on outsourcing in relation to the Transfer Regulations and forming of specifications for tendering exercises; * Employment tribunals - advice, preparation, including completion of paperwork and guidance for witness on behalf of the college, and representation; * Employment relations; * Employment contracts and Terms and Conditions advice; * Immigration/Border Agency regulations; * Equality and diversity; * Organisational change; * Health and safety; * TUPE; * Pension law and advice; * Student support * Regulatory matters; and * Data protection and Freedom of Information",
