A sustainable approach to the provision of materials sourced from renewable and/or recycled resources is encouraged. The agreement is for a period of 36 months with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months and will commence in September 2018

The purpose of Lot 3A was to provide a Fitting, Repairs and Refurbishment service to the Institutions in the North Highlands and Islands and was designed to offer a sustainable solution that may extend the lifespan of existing products. Economic operators may have been excluded from the competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
