The Supply, Delivery and Fitting of Floor Coverings - APUC
Notice Description
The Framework Agreement covers the Supply, Delivery, Fitting, Repair and Refurbishment of Flooring Coverings across two product supply lots, six geographical lots for fitting, repair and refurbishments and six geographical lots for supply, fitting, repairs and refurbishments. A sustainable approach to the provision of materials sourced from renewable and/or recycled resources is encouraged. The agreement is for a period of 36 months with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months and will commence in September 2018
Lot Information
Lot 3A - Fitting, Repair and Refurbishment Services - North Highland and Islands
The purpose of Lot 3A was to provide a Fitting, Repairs and Refurbishment service to the Institutions in the North Highlands and Islands and was designed to offer a sustainable solution that may extend the lifespan of existing products. Economic operators may have been excluded from the competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a period of up to 12 months in multiple extensions subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.
Lot 3D - Fitting, Repair and Refurbishment Services - Fife, Perthshire, Dundee & TaysideThe purpose of this Lot 3D was to provide a Fitting, Repairs and Refurbishment service to the Institutions in the Fife, Perthshire, Dundee & Tayside and is designed to offer a sustainable solution that may extend the lifespan of existing products. Economic operators may have been excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
