Lot 1
HIAL wish to appoint a single Supplier to supply, deliver, install and commission Voice Communication Control (VCCS) equipment; decommission existing equipment; and provide support services, compliant with all regulatory and operational requirements, at Inverness, Kirkwall, Sumburgh and Dundee Airports. The replacement programme at the sites will be phased over 3 years and be completed by 31 Dec 2020. The Contract will subsist until the expiry of the support service at the final Site.
