The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is seeking to work with a suitable contractor who will landscape (transform) a number of assets as well as for the right to install, maintain and manage roundabouts/greenspace and their sponsorship on a range of Council assets. The Council is seeking a Contractor who will work with the Council to evolve the contract over its duration to incorporate additions; - new roundabout/greenspace sites - gateway sponsorship - digital upgrades - online intergration - cash-back - standalone advertising The Council is seeking a sole supplier for the duration of the Agreement for a period of 5 years with an optional 1-year extension.. Options: The City of Edinburgh Council reserves the right to procure repeat requirements of a similar nature without any further call for competition pursuant to Article 32(5) of Directive 2014/24/EU and Regulation 33(8)(a) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: Optional one year extension
