Notice Title
Corporate Management Information System (CMIS)
Notice Description
This Request for Information is intended to enable Historic Environment Scotland (HES) to engage the wider market to receive information on solutions to meet our needs to deliver a transformational Corporate Management Information System (CMIS). HES requires a CMIS which will enable strategic and operational decisions to be taken based on current and consistent information. In addition to meeting core functional needs, the system will also be a key element of HES's on-going cultural change programme to drive modernisation and efficiency across the organisation. This process has begun by moving to agile working in the headquarters buildings, and developing ICT and workplace strategies to encourage flexibility and geographic mobility to generate improvement across the dispersed staff base. We will be looking to procure an integrated cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution which will cover the areas noted in the attached RFI document.
