ERDMS Implementation Design and Support (Utilising SharePoint)
Notice Description
Zero Waste Scotland wishes to appoint a single Supplier (the Contractor) capable of providing a collaborative consultancy service that will help design and support the implementation of an Electronic Records and Document Management System (ERDMS) using Office 365 and component features and associated platforms.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Zero Waste Scotland wishes to appoint a single Supplier (the Contractor) capable of providing a collaborative consultancy service that will help design and support the implementation of an Electronic Records and Document Management System (ERDMS) using Office 365 and component features and associated platforms. Working as an integral part of this Project Team, the Contractor will undertake a review of existing document storage methods and processes and, using their knowledge of options available through current E3 licences for Office 365, will prepare a report that summarises the findings of this review and identifies recommendations to transition to a new ERDMS in a way that best achieves the desired outcomes of the project. The Contractor will be responsible for the delivery of the Intranet platform and the first edition of a working team site designed to agreed specification. It is anticipated that subsequent sites that have been identified in the plan be replicated by Zero Waste Scotland key staff following delivery of the training. Thereafter, the Contractor will provide support to the implementation process on an ad hoc basis, until the new ERDMS is fully and successfully deployed. This may be by provision of a bank of days that Zero Waste Scotland can call off when required, or by any other method that would support future requirements as and when they arise. Further details of requirements are provided in the Tender document.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
