The Council currently has a number of PBXs installed across its estate. These devices vary in manufacturer, size, functionality and age. The Council currently has a support contract in place that covers most of these PBXs. This contract ends on 31 October 2018; the Council is seeking tenders for a replacement support contract with provision for the supply of low value (less than 5,000 GBP) replacement systems.. Additional equipment has typically amounted to circa 60,000 GBP per year.

Renewal: Option to extend up to 24 months in total.
