Notice Description

Fit only new Gas Boiler and supply and fit new Water Heater, all associated flueing, pipework, valves and fittings and modify controls.

Lot 1

The full installation shall comply with the conditions laid down in the Standard Conditions of Contract contained within the Bills of Quantity. Staged removal of existing boiler and water heater as per downtaking M(5-)001. Fit only supplied new Gas boiler and supply and fit new Water Heater, Gas supplies, all associated pipework, fittings and valves and the upgrade and modification of the existing controls to suit. All as per drawings, M(5-)002, M (5-)-901 and as required Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. It is HIGHLY recommended that the contractor visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works as no redress can be made at a later date for lack of such knowledge. Supervisor Scott Jamieson 07738854991 Tenderers should note that all associated builder work forms part of their tender and their submission must reflect this, as no additions shall be accepted for the exclusion of same. The Tender Price submitted shall be the Fixed Price for the Contract as no additional costs will be accepted unless prior instruction and approval received. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6:- Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffold, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities. These items must be provided by the sub-contractor (where required) and the costs thereof included in the tender price.
