Notice Description
The General Building Repairs Framework is a multi-lot ranked framework agreement designed to support North Ayrshire Council's in-house teams in the following areas: Lot 1 - Carpentry and Joinery Lot 2 - Electrical Services Lot 3 - Plumbing Lot 4 - Drainage Lot 5 - Glazing Lot 6 - Plastering Lot 7 - Building Lot 8 - Roofing Lot 9 - Timber and Dampness Treatment Lot 10 - Fencing Lot 11 - Door Entry
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Carpentry and Joinery
North Ayrshire Council requires Suppliers to provide additional labour to support North Ayrshire Council in its operations and duties. Lot 1 seeks to appoint carpentry and joinery suppliers to provide support for maintenance, reactive repairs and emergency works as described in the Schedule of Rates.
Renewal: The Contract Period will be 2 (two) years, plus the option to extend for an additional 2 (two) 1 (one) year extensions.
Lot 2 - Electrical ServicesNorth Ayrshire Council requires Suppliers to provide additional labour to support North Ayrshire Council in its operations and duties. Lot 2 seeks to appoint electrical suppliers to provide support for maintenance, reactive repairs and emergency works as described in the Schedule of Rates.
Renewal: The Contract Period will be 2 (two) years, plus the option to extend for an additional 2 (two) 1 (one) year extensions.
Lot 3 - PlumbingNorth Ayrshire Council requires Suppliers to provide additional labour to support North Ayrshire Council in its operations and duties.
