Award of Alloa West Business Park appropriate assessment
Notice Description
Clackmannanshire Council propose to engage a consultant to carry out a Habitats Regulations Appraisal (HRA) for the City Deal development site at Alloa West Business Park. The HRA should reflect current best practice. The successful consultant will also be required to advise the Council on appropriate mitigation measures which could be applied to the relevant proposals to avoid adverse impact on the integrity of the SPA. This will require close working with the Council and Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH).
