This contract incorporated Works (design, supply, installation of replacement key management systems at a total of 7 SPS Establishments) and also Services (Maintenance and Repair of the new systems for a 5 year term with an extension period of up to 5 years). The Works have now been completed and a Completion Certificate was issued on 27th May 2020. However, the Contractor advised SPS prior to the end of the Works that their organisation entered into administration and the services were then assigned to their key sub-contractor utilised for the Works, Keytracker Limited."
