One of the major targets placed on modern Estates functions is to reduce costs by running efficient utilities and buildings. Building management and maintenance scheduling, play a key factor in obtaining savings, efficient use of staff and resources. NHS A&A has a need for a software solution that aids the Estates function to operate efficiently for high level comparative data analysis.

NHS A&A has a need for a software solution that aids the Estates function to operate efficiently for high level comparative data analysis. NHS A&A also need an understanding of the ongoing maintenance and support cost including software upgrades and version updates that are not included in the standard maintenance and support.. The installation must be completed and working by the 31st March 2018. A maintenance agreement will be awarded for a further 2 years.
