Zero Waste Scotland is looking to appoint a retail specialist to support the certification programme. You must have a proven track record coupled with an imaginative and flexible approach to delivering high quality, cost effective training and support services within specific deadlines. Zero Waste Scotland is looking for a supplier with specific expertise in second-hand retailing.

Lot 1

Revolve is Scotland's national re-use quality standard for stores that sell second hand goods. It is a quality and improvement programme designed to increase the purchase of second hand goods over new across Scotland. The programme consists of two strands - the certification of stores meeting product and retail standards, and the promotion of the brand to Scottish consumers. The certification programme consists of: a baseline assessment of organisational and product checking processes; mystery shopper visit and report; retail training; on-site bespoke retail support; support materials (including product checking guidance and visual merchandising e-news); retail audit; and final validation.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
