NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) working with NHS Education for Scotland (NES) are procuring a Contract for a single eRostering System across the NHS in Scotland. NHSScotland (NHSS) published a new Digital Strategy for Health and Social Care in April 1018. This strategy sets out a commitment to build a national approach to the use of digital technologies. The workforce of NHSS is our most valuable resource. We need to ensure that we deploy that workforce in a way that most effectively meets the needs of patients; we need to ensure that our staff have access to information about their working patterns that enable them to manage their working lives, including accessing additional shifts in an easy and intuitive way; we need our rostering systems to be capable of operating across traditional NHSBoard boundaries. Using the ESPD process we will shortlist a number of Bidders to receive the ITT. Please respond by completing the ESPD.
