Education Scotland has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of a Safeguarding product for their Glow environment. Glow is Scotland's national digital environment that offers a number of different services to support learning and teaching across the curriculum. The Safeguarding product will be used to monitor and alert on the activity, interaction and behaviour of users within this environment.The Glow environment's core components are Office 365, GSuite and WordPress. The Glow environment is accessed via corporate and personal devices, as such the product should have the capability to monitor these environments and not be device specific (not require software to be loaded on the users endpoint). In addition, Education Scotland would welcome an initial proposal relating to a partnership with Education Scotland for the creation of a Safeguarding product including but not limited to the following capabilities within the O365, GSuite and WordPress environment: live keyword searc; behavioural analysis; child safeguarding; artificial intelligence; reporting; alerting; image recognition; meta data search; deep learning.
