The Board wishes the appointed provider to undertake the following review which should form the Consultant's brief: Analyse and consider PACT's longer term business viability and operating model including the option of transferring properties to Fife Housing Association and how viable and effective in terms of FHG this would be; Consider and report on growth opportunities; Consider alternative operating models; and Set out structural options available with the associated financial, governance and all taxation implications.
