Notice Description
Ayrshire College are looking for the supply of an online e-portfolio system for student assessments within the Health & Social Care and Early Years and Hospitality curriculums.

Lot 1
The platform is required to: The minimum requirements of any proposed system are: - The system will streamline assessment evidence, portfolio building and the assessment marking and feedback process; - The system will provide students with the freedom to work in a flexible efficient way to suit timetable and work placement commitments; - The system will provide functionality for all types of assessment evidence. For example, hard copy notes, photos, videos, and audio recordings; - The system will provide user friendly functionality for Assessors, Managers and Tutors to access student portfolios to monitor progress, set learning plans, access timesheets, create plans and reviews, complete assessments, send feedback, and generate real-time reports; and - The system will provide verification and evaluation functionality for assessors, tutors and internal/external verifiers. It is anticipated that there will be up to 550 users though this may increase through out the period of the contract.
