Notice Description
A new framework opportunity for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Maintenance of Vending Machines. This framework will provide a mechanism for local authorities to procure a range of vending machines as well as the associated consumables. The scope of materials covered under the framework will include, but is not limited to, the purchase, lease and rental of cold drink vending machines (bottles and cans), snack vending machines, fresh food vending machines and combination vending machines including supplies such as crisps, juice and healthy snack options, as well as the option to purchase machine maintenance. This framework will also cover provision of vending machines on a fully managed service basis.

Purchase & Lease of New Vending Machines, Supplies and Maintenance
A new framework opportunity for the provision of Vending Machines. This lot is designed to provide local authorities with a mechanism to purchase or lease a range of new vending machines, which will include, but is not limited to, Snacks and Confectionery Vending Machines, Hot and Cold Drink Vending Machines (bottles and cans), Combination Vending Machines and Fresh Food Vending Machines as well as the purchase of associated consumables such as crisps, juice, chocolate and healthy snack options and purchase of maintenance.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Renewal: The framework will run for an initial 36 month period, with the option to extend for an additional 12 month period.
