Ayrshire Housing wish to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to carry out Control and Prevention of Legionella to their residential properties located throughout Ayrshire.

Ayrshire Housing is seeking to procure a contractor to carry out Legionella Risk Assessments and Reactive Maintenance in accordance with: The control of legionella bacteria in water systems, Approved code of Practice and Guidance L8 (Fourth Edition 2013) Technical Handbook HSG274 Part 2&3 BS8580:2010 The Scottish Water Bylaws 2004. A Specification of the works is contained within the draft Invitation to Tender which has been downloaded to this portal.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: Option to extend the contract for any variable period up to a maximum of 36 months.
