Clients will be supported to reduce the impact of problematic substance use on their lives, and on the lives of others. The primary aim is to improve the health & wellbeing of clients with alcohol and/or drug related problems through minimising their substance use and promoting their recovery. Interventions including, OST/ Alcohol Key Working and alcohol interventions within the Addiction Recovery Service, OST Key working within Primary Care, OST Key Working and alcohol interventions for clients within the three Forth Valley Prisons, offer Community Rehabilitation, Psychological Therapies, Harm Reduction Services and core drug and alcohol support services. in addition to the FVADP Requirement and Terms and conditions specific to this contract.
