    "description": "As a minimum requirement, tenderers must meet certain criteria as set out within the ESPD. The contract will be awarded to one supplier for three years with the option of a further one year extension. The estimated contract value is GBP 900,000 excluding VAT across the four year term. The anticipated annual spend is GBP 225,000 excluding VAT. Any anticipated spend referred to in this Contract Notice and ITT is non-committed. The award criteria and weightings are as below: Pricing (40%) Quality (60%) Quality will be assessed by the following method statements: - Service Requirements (25% weighting) - Tracking and Security (20% weighting) - Business Continuity (10% weighting) - Sustainability Considerations (2.5% weighting) - Fair Working Practices (2.5% weighting) - Value add (CSR and Community Benefits) (not scored) The ITT details the methodology for the evaluation. Service Providers will be required to provide the names of those staff responsible for delivering the services.
