Jousting Events
Notice Description
Historic Environment Scotland's Events Unit, within the Visitor Experience, Content and Learning Team stages a programme of events each year from small singleton performances to large scale re-enactment events. Historic Environment Scotland has been hosting jousting events since 1999. The first of which was held at Tantallon Castle. Jousting is now one of Historic Environment Scotland's flagship events and has become established in the annual events programme. Currently the event is held on Linlithgow Peel and at Caerlaverock Castle.

Jousting is now one of Historic Environment Scotland's flagship events and has become established in the annual events programme. Currently the event is held on Linlithgow Peel and at Caerlaverock Castle.
Renewal: The Contract will run from 01 March 2019 to 28 February 2021 with 2 (two) options to extend 12 months. The maximum contract period will therefore be 4 (four) years dependent upon satisfactory completion of all aspects of the contract to date.
