Lot 1

The procurement is for all works for the creation of a new 7ha public park and greenspace, incorporating hard and soft landscpaing, play and sport facilities. The works include: - All design following planning approval (at RIBA Stage 3) - Groundworks and remediation including removing below ground structures, stabilising voids and working with asbestos - Supply and installation of site capping, drainage and growing layer materials - Supply and installation of geogrid and geotextile membranes - Supply/construction/installation of hard landscaping features including pathways, access roads, surfaces, furniture, play equipment - Supply/construction/installation of soft landscaping features - Supply/construction/installation of utilities and infrastructure including drainage, power, lighting, Wi-Fi - Supply/construction/installation of sports pitches and associated works - Maintenance for two year period post completion Works will be adminstered through one or more contracts anticipated to be the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract. The division of works between lots is to be determined following responses to this PIN.
