The Authority was seeking Contractor(s) for the provision of Fresh Butcher Meat to include Beef, Pork, Lamb, Poultry, Game, processed meats and specialist meats such as Halal to the Higher Education (HE) institutions and Further Education (FE) institutions of Scotland and affiliated bodies of APUC. The Authority was seeking to gain a level of price normalisation across the Lots where no Lot is subsidised by a smaller or more geographically dispersed Lot. The Framework Agreement is divided into 5 Regional Lots. A maximum of 3 Contractors were appointed per Lot.
