The hire of the Nevis Suite (Skyboxes 1-13) at Hampden Park Stadium, Glasgow, G42 9BA as the venue for the Clutha Helicopter Fatal Accident Inquiry under the Inquiries into Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths etc (Scotland) Act 2016.
Options: An option to extend until 31st December 2019, subject to both parties' written consent.
Procurement Information
The Supplier, Sodexo Ltd, is the exclusive provider of venue hire and of any catering and/or other services at Hampden Stadium therefore competition is absent for technical reasons per Art 32 of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 as per the Inquiries into Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths etc. (Scotland) Act 2016, a Fatal Accident Inquiry must be held within the Sheriffdom in which the fatal accident occurred.
