                    "description": "-Bidders will be required to provide three examples of works carried out in the past five years that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the work as described in part II.2.4 of the relevant section of the Site Notice. Bidders may not use previous examples of contracts with Midlothian in their response. -Bidders will be required to confirm details of the technicians or technical bodies who they can call upon, especially those responsible for quality control. -Bidders will be required to demonstrate that they have (or have access to) the appropriate technical facilities, study and research facilities and quality measures to deliver the types of requirements detailed in II.2.4 in the relevant section of the Site Notice. This should include technical facilities and measures (including systems and processes) in place, or will have in place by contract award, to ensure compliance with the GDPR and to ensure the protection of the rights of data subjects. Your response should include, but should not be limited to facilities and measures: to ensure ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services; to comply with the rights of data subjects in respect of receiving privacy information, and access, rectification, deletion and portability of personal data; to ensure that any consent based processing meets standards of active, informed consent, and that such consents are recorded and auditable; to ensure legal safeguards are in place to legitimise transfers of personal data outside the EU if such transfers will take place; to maintain records of personal data processing activities; and to regularly test, assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the above measures. -Bidders will be required to confirm that they have or have access to the relevant supply chain management and tracking systems used by them to deliver the types of requirements detailed in II.2.4 in the relevant section of the Site Notice. -Bidders will be required to confirm that they and/or the service provider have the following relevant educational and professional qualifications: All staff to have valid CSCS cards, CITB recognised qualifications relevant to the types of works they will be delivering, Involvement in a relevant SSIP approved scheme. Provide details of any proprietary roofing products or systems the Bidder is accredited to work on. -Bidders will be required to confirm that their managerial staff have the following relevant educational and professional qualifications: Any staff attending on site have valid CSCS cards, CITB recognised qualifications relevant to supervisory work and management of the types of work they will be responsible for. Involvement in a relevant SSIP approved scheme. -Bidders will be required to confirm that they will employ environmental management measures that meet the following requirements: BS EN ISO 14001 (or equivalent) or a valid EMAS or equivalent certificate, or,A documented company policy that complies with the requirements detailed in the Additional Standard Statements document that has been included under Additional Documentation within this contract notice. Any detailed measures should also include plan for site waste management, reduction of carbon; contamination, considerate contractor etc. -Bidders will be required to confirm their average annual manpower for the last three years. This should be broken down into each trade. -Bidders will be required to confirm their and the number of managerial staff for the last three years. -Bidders will be required to demonstrate that they have (or have access to) the relevant tools, plant or technical equipment to deliver the types of requirements detailed in II.2.4 in the relevant section of the Site Notice. -Bidders will be required to confirm whether they intend to subcontract and, if so, for what proportion of the contract."
