Lot Information
OSM North West Area
this lot covers 39 site of varying size, scale and scope across North Perthsire
Renewal: 2 possible extensions of 12 months each may be granted, subject to performance, to be confirmed within the final 6 months of the contact end date. in the case of exceptional performance, one single extension of 24 months may be granted
OSM South West Areathis lot covers 47 sites of varying size, scope and scale across South Perthshire
Renewal: 2 extensions of 12 months each may be awarded depending on performance, notified within the final 6 months of the contract term. one extension of 24 months may be awarded on the basis of exceptional contractor performance
OSM North East Areathis lot covers 32 sites of varying size, scope and scale across the Angus area and the North of Dundee City.

Accordingly the contract performance conditions may relate in particular to secondary considerations. contractors will be limited to a maximum of 2 lots. award of which will be at determined by what is deemed to be the most advantageous to the association in terms of cost,contractor location, size and scope of the contract. contractors will have to have or commit to having an operational base within the area of award within 2 months of the award date of the contract (SC Ref:578151)",
