Lot Information

Lot 1 - East - Edinburgh, Lothians, Fife, Falkirk, Stirling, Clackmannanshire and Scottish Borders

Blackwood Homes and Care is looking to appoint a contractor to provide reactive and void maintenance services to 549 properties across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife, Falkirk, Stirling, Clackmannanshire and Scottish Borders. The duration of this contract will be 3 years with an optional extension of 1 year, subject to performance.

Options: Blackwood Homes and Care may request quotations from time to time from the appointed contractor for works of a similar nature that fall outwith the scope of the contract.

Renewal: Additional 12 months subject to performance

Lot 2 - West 1 - Glasgow, Inverclyde, Renfrewshire, Ayrshire, Lanarkshire, Dunbartonshire and Dumfries and Galloway
