Notice Description
Blackwood Homes and Care are looking to appoint a contract/contractors to provide reactive and voids maintenance to over 1600 properties across Scotland over the next four years.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - East - Edinburgh, Lothians, Fife, Falkirk, Stirling, Clackmannanshire and Scottish Borders
Blackwood Homes and Care is looking to appoint a contractor to provide reactive and void maintenance services to 549 properties across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife, Falkirk, Stirling, Clackmannanshire and Scottish Borders. The duration of this contract will be 3 years with an optional extension of 1 year, subject to performance.
Options: Blackwood Homes and Care may request quotations from time to time from the appointed contractor for works of a similar nature that fall outwith the scope of the contract.
Renewal: Additional 12 months subject to performance
Lot 2 - West 1 - Glasgow, Inverclyde, Renfrewshire, Ayrshire, Lanarkshire, Dunbartonshire and Dumfries and GallowayBlackwood Homes and Care is looking to appoint a contractor to provide reactive and void maintenance services to 581 properties across Glasgow, Inverclyde, Renfrewshire, Ayrshire, Lanarkshire, Dunbartonshire and Dumfries and Galloway. The duration of this contract will be 3 years with an optional extension of 1 year, subject to performance.
Options: Blackwood Homes and Care may request quotations from time to time from the appointed contractor for works of a similar nature that fall outwith the scope of the contract.
Renewal: Additional 12 months subject to performance
Lot 3 - West 2 - Fort William and ObanBlackwood Homes and Care is looking to appoint a contractor to provide reactive and void maintenance services to 30 properties across Fort William and Oban. The duration of this contract will be 3 years with an optional extension of 1 year subject to performance.
Options: Blackwood Homes and Care may request quotations from time to time from the appointed contractor for works of a similar nature that fall outwith the scope of the contract.
Renewal: An extension of one year will be available subject to performance.
Lot 4 - North 1 - Perth and Kinross, Dundee and AngusBlackwood Homes and Care is looking to appoint a contractor to provide reactive and void maintenance services to 211 properties across Perth and Kinross, Dundee and Angus. The duration of this contract will be 3 years with an optional extension of 1 year, subject to performance.
Options: Blackwood Homes and Care may request quotations from time to time from the appointed contractor for works of a similar nature that fall outwith the scope of the contract.
Renewal: An extension of one year will be available subject to performance.
Lot 5 - North 2 - Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Moray and the HighlandsBlackwood Homes and Care is looking to appoint a contractor to provide reactive and void maintenance services to 233 properties across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Moray and the Highlands. The duration of this contract will be 3 years with an optional extension of 1 year, subject to performance.
Options: Blackwood Homes and Care may request quotations from time to time from the appointed contractor for works of a similar nature that fall outwith the scope of the contract.
