University of Edinburgh ACE Short Lease Properties Maintenance
Notice Description
Multi trade supplier including joinery, plumbing, electrical, gas and heating engineer (including boiler replacements), glazier, plasterer, roofer, locksmith and painter. This includes planned and reactive maintenance - the majority of the maintenance work is reactive. Emergency repairs requiring a response within a 2 hour period are part of the current contract, including weekends and holiday periods.

Lot 1
The contract opportunity is for the provision of Property Maintenance and Compliance across the current portfolio of 150 privately owned (University managed) properties. ACE is aiming to grow this portfolio to approximately 170 properties within the next 12 months. ACE envisage that either one supplier will provide service delivery for both maintenance and compliance for these properties or that the maintenance and compliance are split into two separate lots.
