We want to ensure the website continues to be the primary national resource for careers within the NHS in Scotland, supporting the future career ambitions for anyone who is considering a job in the health service.

The successful bidder will provide: - Website development and implementation services - Work with the NHSScotland Careers project team to scope out and agree final Information Architecture (IA). - Each section must be easy to navigate and design elements should be used to prompt the user, helping them find their way around the website. - Deliver site structure wireframes (desktop, tablet and mobile devices) for an agreed number of core pages on the website. - Deliver page design (desktop, tablet and mobile devices), widget style guide and core template creation for the website. - Deliver technical implementation of the website (see website features on page 4). - Supply of Content Management System (CMS) - Provision of a CMS allowing NES to fully manage the website. - Provision of CMS configuration services (Build and development, integration with 3rd party API's, etc). - Google tag manager for event tracking and analytics. - Design and style guide development - Develop a strong, consistent and creative design and a style guide for the NHSScotland Careers website that utilises a user-centred approach to design and builds on robust information architecture principles. The website needs to be recognisable as an NHSScotland product. - The style guide should support the site architecture and show options for colour changes and/or images where appropriate.
