Connected public sector networks - PSN Network c. Data protection between buyer and supplier networks - TLS (version 1.2 or above) d. Data protection within supplier network - TLS (version 1.2 or above) e. User authentication - Public key authentication (including by TLS client certificate) f. Management access authentication - Public key authentication (including by TLS client certificate) g. Security certification - ISO/IEC 27001 h. Security governance standards - ISO/IEC 27001 i. Minimum government security clearance - Baseline Personnel Security Standard SPS require a partially managed payroll service, whereby SPS' internal payroll team input the data directly onto the system, with the exception of tax codes, Court Orders, Part Time Medical Ground absences, which are to be managed by the Payroll provider. The SPS require the Supplier to process the monthly payroll on their behalf, including a preview payroll, final payroll, and provision of payroll related checking reports, payroll reconciliation, BACS payments, payslips (online and paper payslips for new starts and leavers only). The Supplier will also provide a monthly SPS with a balanced General Ledger file and will be responsible for actioning all tax year end/monthly processes.
