We do not intend to enter into national agreements with individual suppliers but to consolidate national supply with a number of suppliers. Any final agreement will be on a non-exclusive basis.

We do not intend to enter into national agreements with individual suppliers but to consolidate national supply with a number of suppliers. Any final agreement will be on a non-exclusive basis.

Renewal: The Framework Agreement will commence on the 18 March 2019 for a period of 2 years and expire on the 17 March 2021. The Purchaser reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 24 months subject to satisfactory performance and continued requirement. The potential duration of this Framework Agreement will therefore be 4 years.
