Fife Council is seeking to engage with consultants to produce an action plan which will provide a development strategy to facilitate a co-ordinated approach to regeneration and where appropriate redevelopment of Mitchelston Industrial Estate, Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland.

Lot 1
Fife Council wishes to appoint consultants to produce an action plan for the Mitchelston Industrial Estate, Kirkcaldy, Fife. The action plan shall respond to the existing economic conditions and trends affecting the estate including supply and demand of employment land and property, site constraints, service and utility provision, opportunities, constraints and risks to development delivery all within the context of relevant national and local policy. The aim is to produce a robust and viable action plan to improve the attractiveness and functionality of Mitchelston Industrial Estate in order to protect and enhance the business interests of those companies located within the estate and to stimulate development and investment. The action plan will allow Fife Council and other stakeholders to understand the economic and redevelopment needs and priorities to allow for the regeneration and potential expansion of this industrial estate.
