Ayrshire College is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide a key holding and alarm response service for its Hill Street, Kilmarnock; Townholm, Kilmarnock; Nethermains, Kilwinning and Dam Park, Ayr campuses, with a short term requirement for the service at Holehouse Road, Kilmarnock, until the sale of the site.

Lot 1
The service is for the provision of a key holding and alarm call out service for Ayrshire College's Hill Street, Kilmarnock; Townholm, Kilmarnock; Nethermains, Kilwinning and the three buildings on the Dam Park, Ayr campus.The service will commence in March 2019 and is for 2 years with the option to extend for a further year.
Options: There is the option to extend the contract for a further 12 months.
