Notice Description
1.1 As part of East Ayrshire's Regeneration Project, the railway viaduct in Kilmarnock was floodlit approximately 10 years ago. These lights are now mostly obsolete and the Council is proposing to remove the existing lighting and install new LED colour changing lights. This contract will be for supply, installation and maintenance of the new lighting.
