Partick Housing Association wishes to Contract with a single Main Contractor who will undertake maintenance and servicing works to their gas fed CHP system which services 87 residential units within a recent housing development at Centurion Way, Partick, Glasgow. Servicing of the equipment within the individual properties, and out of hours emergency service and annual flushing of the entire system is included within the contract.The contract will include a requirement to provide a 24 hour emergency call out service, which will include being contacted by individual residents as well as the Association's staff.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: Option to extend the contract for any variable period up to a maximum of 24 months.
