Notice Description
Hire of Small Plant and Temporary Accommodation Framework Agreement accessible to all Council service departments including SBc Contracts (Scottish Borders Council significant Trading Organisation) to support operational delivery needs across multiple locations within and outwith the geographical boundary of Scottish Borders Council.

Hire of Air tools. Economic operators maybe excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The Framework will be for a maximum period of 48 months. The initial period of the Framework will be for 24 months from the starting date with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months subject to satisfactory operation and performance. Any periods of extension will be at the sole discretion of the Council.
BowsersMobile water bowsers with pump, mobile water bowsers without a pump & bunded fuel bowser with pump.. Economic operators maybe excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
