Within responses Bidders are required to provide details of 3 customers within similar size organisations to provide references and to verify functionality capability offered. Part 4C.10 ESPD - Bidders will be required to confirm whether they intend to sub-contract elements of the contract, and if so, what proportion of the contract will be sub-contracted."
