East Ayrshire Council has identified that it will have a requirement to purchase a Common Data Environment Solution / Cloud Based Sharing Platform to allow for collaborative working and file sharing with both External and Internal (EAC employees) parties. Brief Requirements: - An Information sharing platform is required to share project information with members of the project team and any other stakeholders. It is required to be: - user friendly - Access controls for both internal EAC employees and external parties i.e. Contractors, Consultants, Community Groups. - Used by multiple teams at the one time. - Administration Controls - Security controls/strategy in terms of sensitive data/information and in line with EAC IT security policies
