Notice Description

This is a Contract Award Notice and as such the procurement process has now ended. Horizon Scotland is a property owned by HIE and located at the Enterprise Park Forres in Moray. It operates as an innovation and incubation centre. HIE requires a supplier to provide Management Services for Horizon Scotland to support the activities of the various tenants and visitors within the building. The services will be required from 26 August 2019 for an initial period of 3 years, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 calendar year following the Initial Term.

Management Services at Horizon Scotland.

Options: HIE may require the supplier to provide additional services. Any such modification shall be in terms of Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Examples of contract modifications can include (but are not limited to): -Additional reception presence required -Increase in occupancy numbers eg due to Horizon's expansion -Expansion of usable office space requires additional/increased services or decrease of usable office space/vacant offices require reduced services -New equipment/set-up require additional service contracts to be put in place and managed by the supplier

Renewal: The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 calendar year following the Initial Term.
