The framework will operate on a ranked basis and will comprise of two geographical lots with two suppliers appointed to each lot. Lot 1 - Science & Engineering (KB) and Medical and Veterinary Areas. Lot 2 - Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences, Accommodation, Catering and Events (ACE)and professional services.. Bidders must self-certify their adherence to the conditions of participation via the ESPD (Scotland) in PSC-T, and may be required to submit Means of Proof before contract award. Bidders must refer to the specific requirements listed in the Section III in this Contract Notice when completing the ESPD in PCS-T. Bidders should note that TUPE may apply to this framework - full details are included in the ITT document
